Hello Campers,
I'm NOW taking reservations for the July 21-27, 2012 Tahoe Family Encampment. Tahoe Valley has requested we get our reservations in early, and they want them by January 2012. This does not mean that we can't reserve sites all the way up to encampment time, next July, however, the sooner you reserve the more likely you will get a desire site.
Also for Motel 6, you need to call directly, and be sure to mention you are with the Tahoe Family Encampment to get into our block of reduced rate rooms. Please be sure you are calling the local Motel 6 at South Lake Tahoe, CA, and not the reservation phone link that connects you to the East Coast reservation system, as you will not be able to get into our group. Local Motel 6 at South Lake Tahoe: Dial: 530-542-1400. Ask to speak to either Cindy or Gina to make your reservation. We already have over 100 people who have already made their reservations, and I have not even advertised yet. So, please don't delay...get your reservation request in ASAP. Please Bring Your Own Folding Chairs to Camp! In a effort to reduce "moving" chairs around all the time...we are requesting that you bring Folding Chairs if possible. Thank You!
