REGISTRATION FORM (click on the envelope to the left): If making reservations through us, you may do so over the phone, by calling Pat @ 916.989.4885, or you may (click on the "flashing" icon to the left) and download the registration form, print out form, complete form and mail to: Tahoe Family Encampment, PO Box 2005, Orangevale, CA 95662. PLEASE NOTE! It is never too late to make a reservation to come to camp. Reservations can be made and accepted all the way up until camp time in July, however, the longer you wait, the less likely you will get your preferred accommodations.
Those folks wanting to make reservations at Tahoe Valley Campgroup or the Motel 6 should call directly to Motel or TVC and mention the code phrae, "I'm with the Tahoe Family Encampment", to get reservation and better rates.
All others wanting reservations at Camp Richardson Hotel or Eagles Nest Campground or Camp Rich's RV Village, call Pat, not camp Rich. Also, this year, a Mr. Ed Acker will have some really nice RV trailers with pop-outs etc. availabe on first come, first serve basis. Mr. Acker will deliver the trailer into the site reserved at Camp Rich or TVC and have it all set up ready to go. His prices are reasonable. His contact # is 775-721-0234, or , please note any one calling Mr. Acker should say: "I'm with the Tahoe Family Encampment and PAT METHVIN said to call for reservation. He only hase 6 trailers, and two are already reserved by some of our folks, so call right away to secure a trailer.
From little tiny jobs to the more significant jobs...there is much to do and accomplish if we are to have another successful TFE Camp. We need YOU to help us with the events and activities for our 2009 Tahoe Family Encampment program. Below there is a volunteer form that you can print and can let us know where your talents and interests lie, so please check as many areas of involvement you have any interest in. We promise to let you choose your top pick and won't require you to fulfill all you check off.
